hair care article 11

Tips for daily care

Always use shampoo and conditioner to suit your hair type: oily, normal, dry, mixed, colored ....
Do not use too much shampoo or put it right over your head. Spread it in the hands and then rub on the wires and scalp with your fingertips (not nails). Excess product may cause irritation, weakness, root, scaling up and down.

Rinse hair well to remove excess shampoo and conditioner, and use anti-residue shampoo once a week. The product removes dirt and residues of cosmetics, which are deposited on the wires, theft shine.
Never take a bath with hot water, it opens up the cuticle of the wire. Prefer warm or cold water. If you can give a final rinse with cold water. Cold water helps close the cuticle and restores shine.
After washing your hair use a leave in product that improves the treatment of moisturizers.
Before using the dryer to remove excess water with a towel, just squeezing the wires. Then work with the dryer about 15 inches of wire, or average minimum temperature. Special products to protect hair from heat and help prevent the wires become brittle.
Avoid air conditioning, as the leaves dry hair, and therefore weaker, withdrawing its natural shine. To form a protective barrier for the hair, apply a few drops of silicone, which also helps to seal split ends.
Do not run your hands in your hair all the time, especially in fat.
Food is very important to maintain the beauty of the wires. Try to eat protein foods - such as meat, milk and eggs - and rich in B vitamins (found in whole grains, fish, seafood and leafy vegetables), as they help nourish the scalp.
Protect your hair from the sun. Wear a hat and keep hydrated.
